1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
2. Return and Refund Period

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets all return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

Refunds for Sale Items:
We also accept returns and issue refunds for items purchased on sale or at a discount.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please request a refund and place a new order.
